We regret that you are having problems with your product. All orders placed at the AeroBed webstore are eligible for a full refund within 30 days, less shipping charges. Exceptions may be eligible in case of defective product returned within the warranty period.
Products Purchased At Retail
To return your product, first apply for a Return Authorization Number by clicking on the "Get Started" button below or by calling Consumer Services at 1-888-462-4468. All information must be included along with very specific reasons why you are returning your product. After your information has been submitted, an AeroBed representative will contact you shortly to provide you with further instructions.
